Artists Open Studios - Melbourne
May 2012 Open Studio weekend
Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th of May, 2012
11am to 5pm daily
Each year in May and November the artists of Nillumbik Shire open their studios to visitors. This is a rare opportunity to visit and talk with a variety of local artists in their studios.
Linda’s studio is in Eltham, Melbourne and welcomes visitors between 11am and 5pm during the open studio times. During the program Linda will be demonstating her watercolour and acrylic painting techniques in the studio.
Outside of Open Studio times visitors are welcome but please phone first to avoid disappointment as Linda may be teaching or painting out in the field.
An exhibition of all the participating Open Studio artists is held at the Eltham Library Community Gallery in May 2012. This is a great opportunity to view examples of all the participating artists work before deciding which studio to visit. Details of this exhibition are listed below.

Artist in Residence, June 2012 - Desert Oak Studio - Uluru
Located in the Emu Walk Apartments at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara
Linda will be working and exhibiting at the Desert Oak Studio, in the month of June 2012. If your visiting Uluru during June 2012, drop in to the Desert Oak Studio situated near the visitors centre at the Emu Walk Apartments at Ayers Rock Resort, Yulara to meet Linda and see her at work.
Her 2012 exhibition is titled "Emus, Rust and Roadsigns" and will feature humerous works around an outback theme. Linda will be exhibiting a large range of Australian landscape paintings in both acrylic and watercolour while she is in residence at the Desert Oak Studio as well as conducting regular painting workshops for staff and guests.
